About
Why ImmSilico Exists
Advances in experimental immunology and artificial intelligence are emerging at a pace that increasingly outstrips the ability of research organisations to evaluate, integrate, and apply them effectively.
Technologies designed to enable discovery can, without careful alignment and interpretation, introduce complexity and uncertainty rather than clarity.
ImmSilico was established to address this gap.
We provide independent scientific advisory at the intersection of systems immunology, experimental technologies, and data science. Our work supports organisations navigating complex, multidisciplinary decisions from fundamental research through to translational impact.
Our role is not to promote specific platforms or methods, but to help align scientific questions with appropriate experimental strategy, computational insight, and evidence-based judgement.
ImmSilico was founded by scientists with a proven track record in multidisciplinary research across tissue immunity and data-driven biology. We bring a systems-level perspective to complex immunological problems.
As an independent consultancy, we are technology-agnostic and advice-led, prioritising decision integrity over the delivery of any particular solution.
We welcome discussion with organisations seeking thoughtful, senior scientific input into challenging immunology-driven questions.
Scientific Leadership
-

Prof Hashem Koohy
Founder | Systems Immunology & AI Strategy
Hashem leads a systems immunology research programme at the University of Oxford, working at the intersection of immunology and AI. His expertise lies in integrating complex experimental and computational evidence to support robust, interpretable scientific decision-making across academia, industry, and policy contexts. He co-founded ImmSilico to bring this integrative, systems-level perspective to high-stakes immunology-driven challenges.

Dr Agne Antanaviciute
Co-Founder | Spatial Immunology & Experimental Strategy
Agne leads a research programme specialising in single-cell and spatial technologies, with deep expertise in aligning advanced experimental platforms to complex immunological questions. Her work focuses on tissue immunity, where she brings methodological rigour and strategic experimental insight to guide discovery and interpretation in complex biological systems.
-

Dr David Fawkner-Corbett
Co-Founder | Clinical Insight & Translational Strategy
David is an NIHR Academic Clinical Lecturer in Paediatric Surgery at the University of Oxford, integrating clinical practice with experimental immunology and data-driven research. His expertise spans single-cell and spatial technologies, where he brings clinical perspective and translational judgement to the design, interpretation, and strategic direction of complex multi-omic studies.
